Further information
Entry requirements for officer and ship’s master training:- • Realschulabschluss/Diploma attesting a level of secondary education (ISCED Level II),
- • Ship mechanic degree or
- • Seamen certification,
- • Maritime training according to national law (ship’s operation assistant/SBTA) and 12 months of seagoing service as assistant officer,
• Navy members with a minimum of 4 years of seagoing service and 3 moths of traineeship on a merchant vessel.
